From Houston:

  • Access Sam Houston Tollway from either I-10 West or 290 West. Exit Tollway at 249 (Bammel/North Houston).
  • Go west on 249 through Tomball and Pinehurst to Magnolia.
  • At 4-way light (1488) turn right just across railroad track and back left (1774) for 1 mile to Dobbin Rd.
  • Turn right on Dobbin Rd. (1486) - Blaketree is 6.5 miles north - turn into white gates on left.

From Conroe:

  • Take Highway 105 west past Montgomery and into Dobbin.
  • Turn left at the intersection of 1486 and HWY 105.
  • Blaketree is 4 1/2 miles on the right hand side of road.

From The Woodlands:

  • Take highway 242 until it ends at 1488.
  • Turn left and travel towards Magnolia.
  • At the intersection of 1488 and 149 turn right(north)on 149. There will be a three way stop on 149 in 3.5 miles.
  • At the three way stop go straight. The road becomes Jackson Road and will end in 5.5 miles at FM 1486. This is the road Blaketree is on.
  • Turn left and Blaketree is 1.2 miles on the right hand side of the road.
