The Magnolia Cottage is available for groups as small as four or up to eight players. We look forward to making your group outing a success and anything we can do to make your day special is what we strive to do. |

- Nightly Stay Rates:Minimum 4 people ($400.00), 5-8 people $100.00 per person
- Nightly Stay & Play Rates: Minimum 2 people ($300.00), 5-7 people ($150.00 per person), 8 people ($1000.00) or $125.00 per person
- Above listed rates are pre-tax rates. Additional rounds of Golf are payable at our regular rates: $50.00 + tax (F,S,Su), $40.00 + tax (T,W,Th), Senior 60 and over $35.00 + tax
